The Pete Fowler Construction Podcast - Episode 1: Expert Report Excellence

Introduction

An Expert Witness is "a person who is permitted to testify at a trial because of special knowledge or proficiency in a particular field that is relevant to the case." We have expertise in all aspects of the building lifecycle, plus experience in dealing with claims and litigation, so we do a lot of expert work related to buildings and construction.

As Expert Witnesses, we know that the quality of our writing is synonymous with the quality of our thinking. Pete Fowler Construction aims to develop world-class organizational maturity in all our core processes, but few are more important than the delivery of our expert reports for just this reason. We have worked for decades to continuously improve the effectiveness of our report writing processes, and now hope to share it with others; According to quality guru Dr. Deming, "If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing."

Expert Report Excellence is a 60-minute conversation with industry experts from the

legal, insurance, and expert community. Our esteemed panel will discuss when not to write a report, selecting the proper report format, doing the hard work, and ensuring the report serves it's intended purpose.
